Pavilion

Ideal for: Camps, Weddings, Anniversaries, Conferences, Dances, Concerts, and Graduations. It has the following specifications:

  • Auditorium for 700 people

  • Children’s wing – 4 different rooms

  • Two bathrooms (9 toilets, 12 sinks, 5 showers each)

  • Conference wing (rooms for 100, 80 and 30 people)

  • Industrial kitchen

  • Two large lobbies

  • Production room

  • Large screens

  • Sound, lighting and video equipment

(Our immediate plans are to renovate inside and out the entire Pavilion, build a 5,000 sq. foot outdoor “palapa” as well 5 sports fields next to the Pavilion.  Also asphalt the road from the highway to the Pavilion and bring in a 38,400 volt electric line along with solar street lights every 120 feet the same distance).
